Admin Assistant to Plant Manager & Personnel Director
• New Employees onboarding / offboarding
• Assist staff with Off-boarding and On-boarding-checklist, order phone, name tags, cubicle name plate, etc.
• People Finder Org Manager
• Org Chart
• Employee Profiles
• Access Audit Review / maintain all documentation required for quarterly mail in audits for ORM
• Flex Chart Training Data Base and JIT books
• Change Control Process
• ICE- In Case of Emergency Contact List
• Salary mailing list
• Order all toners through HP and set up
• Purchase all CMS labels, placards for International- maintain cabinet on floor through Pam Reed @ cms via email
• Supply room replenish / purchase on Workplace Solutions and credit card as needed
• Expense reports for all salary
• Travel arrangements for all salary
• PeopleSoft moves
• Daily Transaction reports / Mismatch Reports / Reports for union as requested
• Annual Data Integrity Report
• Badging process for new employees / deactivations / reactivations
• Personnel letters / documents
• GMTKS / SAL for plant salary
• Telephones
• Business Continuity Planner (BCP)
• ANS (Automated Notification System)
• Conference calls
o PeopleSoft conf. call - monthly

• Fundraising coordinator / participate in all joint fundraising activities for the plant and/or lead
• Activities coordinator
• Director Reviews / Audits (Meet & Greets, Working Lunches)
• Mail slots
• Maintain incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain calendars for vacations, visitors, meetings, birthdays
• Send reminders for meetings/events to staff /create BPD calendar and send invites
• Salary OT weekly report
• Special assignments as needed
• End of Month Invoice Reconciliation to Financial
• Salary Overtime Accrual
• Salary vacation reconciliation
• Salary Headcount Report
• BPD monthly calendar and invites
• Maintain Level 1 BPD board
• Maintain Plant Master Countermeasure Sheet
• Meeting Room schedules (Main-Planning and Training rooms)

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, web-based software use, and general computer use.
  • Availability to interview onsite either 1/22 or 1/23.
