Performs duties and assumes responsibilities of providing technical and administrative coordination of work activities for Project House and Value Engineering NAR. 
The contractor position will support the Project House (PJH) Leadership in the Turnaround 2020 initiative. Tasks are focusing on, but not limited to: 

  • Participate in FG, Marketplace, & PMO alignment meetings; publish protocol that identify task, responsible member, and agreed deadlines.
  • Follow up with teams to ensure agreed tasks and deadlines are fulfilled.
  • Work with FG Leads and Champions to ensure accuracy of PK Online original entries and updates.
  • Analyze data, error identification & resolution, preparation of reports;
  • weekly PJH report,obi-weekly PJH Board report,
  • weekly Hartegrad Status aging report,
  • weekly H3/H4 timing & value report,
  • Participation in project status meetings,
  • Communicate project status to PJH leadership,
  • Written documentation on project activities and forecast, support Director of Value Engineering
  • Continuous updating of PJH status communication room.
  • Follow up on tasks, escalation, documentation of results and feedback 

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in PMO, data analysis and report generation
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in business administration required.

Desired: 

  • Knowledge of common automotive engineering practices,
  • Knowledge of common automotive materials,
  • German language skills - written and verbal – highly desired
  • Spanish language skills - written and verbal.
