• Reconcile expense reports

• Generate all purchases, direct or indirect

• Purchase order management

• Interfacing with R&D finance

• Maintain budget spreadsheet for review at staff meetings

• Coordinate equipment delivery

• Coordinate training for lab

• Assist with talent acquisition process

• Gather and analyze data in Excel or Access to improve processes

• Prepare reports and letters

• Ability to handle multiple calendars internally and externally (locally and globally)

• Work cross functionally and cross culturally

• High level of interpersonal skills


Associate's in Business Administration is required, bachelor's is preferred
