Job Description:
HRU Technical Resources has partnered with a major automotive manufacturer to place a Business Analyst (Field Sales Analytics / Reporting).  This position will have a focus on retail sales analytics.  Candidates will be responsible for managing and leading all day-to-day operations functions for the retail sales analytics program.  They are responsible for all program systems, metrics, and technology.  This position requires a combination of sales, operations, technology, and management experience for large-scale programs and teams; with a strong emphasis in sales scorecards and dashboards.  This position focuses heavily on generating reports that show specific ROI for the client around field team execution and client metrics.  This individual is responsible for maintaining a positive client relationship in the arena of operations and field execution.  They are the Project Champion for all process improvements and technology related to the client’s evolving needs.  This individual will be part of a business analyst team that produces all the client facing and internal use reports to manage the business on behalf of the customer.  A strong background in Excel, PowerPoint and Word is necessary.  SQL experience for generating reports preferred.

•    Support for Regional Director and Regional Managers
•    Export Battery Credits
•    Dealer Fixed Ops & Sales Reports
•    Dealer Fixed Ops & Marketing Reports
•    Assist with event/meeting planning
•    Create and communicate Fixed Ops & monthly Newsletters
•    Create field training manuals
•    Staff meeting presentations
•    Regional Business Plan updates
•    Create, communicate, track and analyze regional promotions for Dealers and Wholesale Distributors
•    Ongoing miscellaneous special projects
•    Employee contact list
•    Regional Phone List updates/submission
•    Mileage Log Audits
•    Office phone/voicemail system back-up
•    Monthly Budgets
•    Wholesale reporting
•    Some travel may be required due to meeting/event planning (minimal)
•    Misc Field & Staff Report Generation

Skills / Experience Required:
•    2 to 4 years of relevant experience
•    Proven and demonstrated experience with reporting on sales initiatives, ROI, and client metrics
•    Strong reporting and data management experience / Proactive and positive “can-do” attitude
•    Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
•    Ability to manage multiple demands and establish priorities
•    Able to independently prioritize daily work assignments
•    Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively with multiple deadlines
•    Proven and demonstrated experience with strong relationship building skills
•    Exceptional verbal and written communicator
•    Strong business acumen and judgment
•    Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
•    Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Required Education / Training:
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Workplace Environment:
•    1st shift position (8 to 5 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch; must work core hours and expected to make them up if missed)
