Job Summary: 

The Consumer Analytics Analyst will enable data-driven decision-making in the Accessories Portfolio Management organization. This is a data-centric role that will leverage analytical methods and tools to analyze and assess business performance through a compilation of wholesale, retail, and consumer data. A successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues across the business unit to identify actionable insights and strategies based upon an informed understanding of product performance. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Leverage multiple data sources to design, develop, maintain, and analyze reporting that summarizes key performance metrics and addresses strategic questions 
• Process, clean, and organize datasets for established reporting and custom analysis 
• Utilize various tools to integrate data from disparate data sources that identify challenges, opportunities and implications for achieving business goals 
• Develop streamlined approaches for the transition of analytical output into simple, clear reports or dashboards 
• Create reports and develop presentations for internal stakeholders 
• Collaborate with internal team and cross functional partners to ensure business opportunities and issues identified are customer-centric, thoroughly defined, and clearly understood 
• Communicate findings and insights from analyses in order to influence strategies and decisions of key stakeholders and partners 
• Pursue continuous improvement and evaluate processes on an ongoing basis 

Education Required: 

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Market Research, Operations and Technology Management, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics or a related field. 

Experience & Skills Required: 

• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years business analysis experience, preferably focused on product development and performance 
• Experience working with large datasets or data marts with exposure to heavy data lifting, cleaning, and preparation 
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and advanced formulas 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access or database management concepts including join types and queries 
• Experience with Tableau strongly preferred 
• Familiarity with standard computer applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook or related applications 
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software tools (i.e. Alteryx, Business Objects), datasets, and business challenges 
• Understanding of business forecasting and analytical methods 
• Must be thorough, detail-oriented, and demonstrate personal integrity 
• Must have an ability and desire to learn 
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills 
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts with a diverse set of stakeholders 
• Ability to problem solve independently 
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
