The data analyst will perform analysis and create reports on customer survey data that will provide an insight into performance trends. The reports will be distributed to all levels of the organization and the dealer network. The individual will also work with vendors to ensure reporting mechanisms are optimized for ease of use and to drive the business forward.



• High proficiency to expert in technical data management and reporting (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, mTAB, Business Objects etc.)

Essential Functions:

• Provide analysis of key Customer Experience dealer performance metrics

• Create reports to assist the Field organization in identifying and assimilating best dealer practices for improving the customer experience

• Analyze and interpret external data such as J.D. Power studies

• Create compelling strategic business cases to improve and sustain customer loyalty

• Maintain executive level dashboard relating to all Customer Experience metrics

• Creation of presentations for management and executive review

• Effectively report and analyze dealer and regional performance as measured by Customer Experience Surveys

• Review the reward and recognition program to ensure that program objectives are being achieved.


Years of Experience:

• Minimum 3 years database & reporting/analysis



• BA/BS Degree Required

• MBA Preferred
