As an Electric Vehicle Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with electric mobility technologies and innovative solutions. You will manage and lead an electrification team for future electric vehicle components while helping our clients prepare for the challenges ahead in this new industry. You will provide a deep understanding of how to use the challenging and complex technologies within electrification to the advantage of our client’s businesses.

Job Description:

  • Consult with decision makers and leaders at major mobility companies to support the development of strategies regarding emerging technologies and products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while expanding your network to develop new opportunities
  • Create testing centers for new mobility systems, EV services or charging infrastructure
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial work setting that enables opportunities to drive your own topics and specialization
  • Provide technical guidance and support to a team of engineers focusing on electrification hardware and software troubleshooting


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science or related fields of study
  • 5+ years of experience working in a strategic role focusing on electrification technologies 
  • 2+ years of experience leading test engineers on electrification technologies
  • Open to challenges that involve new and unfamiliar technologies, complex and ambiguous situations, and high client expectations
  • Ability to dive deep into a technology domain to understand the basics and fundamentals as well as big picture implications such as cost, differentiators, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Solid understanding of the automotive industry and the latest challenges and trends
  • Ability to provide a vision in the field of testing for automotive OEM’s, Tier 1, 2, 3 suppliers and other related companies
  • Master’s or PhD degrees are a plus
  • German language skills are a plus
