Performs financial and economic analyses. Assists in budgeting and forecasting, compares actual variances and helps in explaining all variations. Coordinates intercompany charges. Ensures accurate platforming of expenses to the proper programs. US GAAP and SOX compliance. Track and monitor capital spending. Month end close, accrual accounting, journal entries, balance sheet and income statement review and reconciliations. Provide explanations of the charges and allocations to business groups to accounting.
Preferred Skills, Education, Experience:
· Must haves:
o Accounting or Finance degree
o Intermediate Excel skills
o Deadline oriented
o Detail oriented
o ERP experience
o GAAP and SOX compliance understanding
o Good verbal and written communication skills
· Nice to haves:
o Payroll experience
o SAP experience
o HFM exposure
o 3+ years of professional experience
o Prior matrix organization in a multi-national company
o Prior manufacturing experience
