SUMMARY 
Responsible for managing small- to medium-size projects. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. Takes guidance and work direction from Manager. 
2. Create and maintain project documentation for project planning, requirements analysis, risk management, issues management, status reporting, project communication, and quality assurance. 
3. Coordinate and manage internal and external resources to accomplish program objectives, including change management. 
4. Plans and directs small to medium projects to completion. 
5. Manages project scope, cost, timeline and risk management. 
6. Accepts and delegates authority, establishes priorities for work delegated to others. 
7. Monitor product quality and process control and suggest improvements as needed. 
8. Coordinate communication between suppliers, customers, and team members (e.g. Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Assembly, Service, Testing, Quality Control, and Marketing departments) as needed. 
9. Prepare and present program status/issues to internal and external customers. 
10. Identify and coordinate all project scope change requests for approval. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 
•Bachelor's degree in related field 
•2 plus years related project management experience 
•CAPM certification 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 
•Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills 
•Excellent time management and organizational skills 

Primary DOORS support 
• Day to day support 
• Testing the 9.6 upgrade of DOORS & OS upgrade 
• DOORS yearly audit 
• Clean data in preparation for migration to Integrity 
• Help with data migration to Integrity 
• Create & Maintain DOORS processes for general administrative tasks 
• Managing the PD requirements within DOORS 
• Facilitate decomposing of PD requirements into subsystem requirements 
• Training & support SRO's on DOORS 

Gap assessment action items: 
• traceability from Customer requirements to Design to help eliminate missed customer requirements with design
