Years of Experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or 2-4 years of experience in related field within automotive industry

 

Required Education:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or 2-4 years of experience in related field within automotive industry

 

Required Skills:

·         Proficient computer skills (MS Office & Internet browsers)

 

Desired Skills:

·         Automotive Industry administrative experience

 

Work Flexibility:

·         Work schedule based on business requirements (min. 40 hours / week) including occasional Saturday and occasional overtime, core work hours 8AM – 5 PM

·         Commonly sit at a desk or table

·         Occasionally walk, stand, or stoop. Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds

 

Role Summary:

The Business Administration Analyst (BAA) reports directly to the Business Management Lead (BML), supporting the BML’s role within the Business Management Department. The Analyst supports the Lead with the execution of high-level administrative tasks relating to internal systems and policies, compliance efforts, audits, ISO standards and any additional tasks or other duties as assigned.

Role Responsibilities:

 

Business Management Support for TCC

 

Processes & Policies

·         Works closely with Business Management Lead for all tasks related to TCC internal systems, process and policy documentation efforts and audits.

·         Share job tasks with Business Operations Analyst related to processes, such as regular maintenance and upkeep of TCC documentation systems. 

 

Data Retention

·         Supports all data retention activities and efforts.

·         Complies and retains relevant documents according to VWGoA standards, guidelines and policies.

·         Ensures TCC documentation and presentation templates with classification labels are updated and available.

·         Organizes records and keeps storage room in an orderly fashion.

 

Audit

·         Supports with organization and preparation for audits on an ongoing basis.

·         Prepares, gathers and organizes business documents prior to audits.   

·         Assists with performing internal audits and reporting findings.

·         Remains up to date regarding ongoing tasks related to legislative compliance efforts.

 

Project Management Support

 

Administrative

·         Supports by coordinating reports, presentations, and documents for the Business Management department.

·         Assists with implementing and maintaining ISO quality and environmental management systems.

·         Participates in meetings relating to quality and environmental management systems.

·         Aids with continual improvement of quality and environmental management systems.

·         Supports promoting awareness of ISO requirements throughout TCC organization.

·         Updates internal risk documentation with the BML’s guidance.

·         Provides administrative support for related tasks on an as needed basis to Business Operations Team and supports related administrative efforts across various areas of three main sub-departments as needed.
