Job Description:
HRU Technical Resources has partnered with a technology services and solutions company which serves as an innovative resource for Department of Defense, Government, and commercial clients. We are seeking a Project Control Analyst

Responsibilities:
•    The Project Control Analyst participates in the planning, scheduling, pricing, cost estimating, budgeting, tracking, analysis, and reporting on multiple projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk.
•    This individual will have a complete understanding and wide application of principles, concepts, practices and standards in project control and pricing and full knowledge of industry practices.
•    Must be a self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize tasking.
•    Responsibilities include significant interface with program/project managers and other functional organizations including contracts, bid and proposals, and accounting.
•    Reports detailed information, analyzes financial data in support of program and project cost/schedule statuses and presents briefings to company managers and customers as required.
•    Develop and maintain estimates at completion (EAC) and provides ongoing performance and budget status information.
•    Prepare work breakdown structures, charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•    Must be proficient in Excel, with a firm understanding of advanced formulas and pivot tables, and all Microsoft Office applications.
•    Maintains current knowledge of the industry and pricing trends.
•    Must have DELTEK CostPoint experience.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Working knowledge of federal contracting and FAR requirements.
•    Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of cost development principles and processes.

Education Requirements:
•    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Business, Finance, Accounting, Program Management or other related discipline and six (6) years or more of related experience OR Masters and four (4) years or more experience.
