This position will be a key role in our Schedule thru Pay implementation, as well as act as a back-up supporting day-to-day payroll operations. 

Schedule thru Pay implementation: 
• Lead current and future state activities associated with payroll data and reporting by collaborating with SMEs within HR and business functions 
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and subject matter experts to identify reporting needs and leverage HRIS systems to expand the HR reporting function 
• Analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements via the use of technology 
• Document and maintain end-user processes and procedures 
• Design, write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools, including quarterly matrices; assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs 
• Mine and aggregate data from various; Identify correlations and patterns in complicated data sets 
• Maintain data integrity in payroll systems by conducting routine audits, analyzing and updating data where appropriate 
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and subject matter experts to identify reporting needs and leverage HRIS systems to expand the HR reporting function 
• Perform other duties as assigned 

Payroll Operations: 
• Supports and acts as backup to all payroll processing activities 
• Generates, reviews, and reconciles payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll, earning statements, and deductions; identifies and resolves discrepancies 
• Provides analysis, support and solutions to payroll team and other departments on various payroll related issues 
• Maintains files and records related to payroll processing activities and in accordance with records retention policies 

Experience Requirements: 
• This position requires a BA or BS preferably in Human Resources or Business -OR- equivalent experience in a related field, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience 
• Working knowledge of end to end HR and payroll transactional processes 
• Experience in payroll administration 
• Experience in project implementations from plan & design through sustainment 
• Demonstrated ability to partner and build collaborative relationships with internal partners (HR Business Services, Total Rewards, Legal, Finance) 
• Strong organizational skills, work accuracy and able to work independently, while also being a strong team player 
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with all levels within the company and provide excellent customer service 
• Understanding of continuous improvement concepts, tools and processes and six sigma practices 
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining human resources reports of varying complexity relative to the day-to-day operations of the business e.g., employee data, headcount, weekly flash reports, HR metrics, reporting relationships, year-end data, etc. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality. 
• Experience in HR applications: SAP, Ceridian HPL, Ceridian Dayforce, Kronos and SuccessFactors Employee Central. 
• Strong skills in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
