HRU is seeking experienced automotive mechanics looking for a new career path in an office environment working with technicians, dealers and mechanics troubleshoot issues related to vehicle maintenance, functionality, technical assistance and repair support via phone, chat helplines. Ideal candidates are ASE Certified Master Mechanics or have a Bachelors in Automotive technology and 3-5 years experience working in a dealership service environment (education can be substituted for extensive experience levels).
This is an EXCELLENT career opportunity with a leading OEM with a progressive work environment.
Candidates must be available to work an alternative work schedule 8am to 8pm EST on a rotating basis to accommodate the West Coast dealerships. Some weekends & holidays.
